Extensions create a job per posting title, so the same role can appear twice (e.g. “Purchasing Coordinator” on LinkedIn and “Purchasing” on Indeed). Map the duplicates into one job and they show as a single entry in the left nav, with all candidates combined. Nothing is deleted — you can unmap any time.
